MEAT WAVE « Yell at the moon »

Trio « Post hardcore mélodique, psychedelic, punk », MEAT WAVE qui, après trois albums entre
2013 et 2017, a sorti cette année un EP 6 titres, Volcano Park (2021, autoproduction), dans le cadre
de la commémoration de leurs dix ans.

Collectif indus, punk, hard rock de plus de quarante membres et donc à géométrie variable, avec sur
cet album des gens notamment de chez MINISTRY, KILLING JOKE, PEGBOY, ROLLINS BAND,
DAVID BOWIE, IGGY POP, NAKED RAYGUN etc.
« The long black ribbon of power ». Fusion rap métal bien exécutée.
FACS « Strawberry cough »
Trio art rock, post punk, krautrock, experimental qui a sorti son quatrième LP Present Tense (2021,
Trouble In Mind) dont est extrait « Strawberry cough ». Intro synthé planant sur rythme hip hop lent,
effets planants sur le chant. Refrain percutant et mélodiquement tranchant avec un clavier dissonant.

KALI MASI « The stray »

Quatuor punk rock, emo midwest avec deux LP au compteur dont (Laughs) (2021, Take This To
Heart). Enregistré par Jay MAAS cofondateur et ancien guitariste de DEFEATER (groupe hardcore de
Boston). « The stray » aux inspirations SAMIAM, AT THE DRIVE-IN, THE BEATLES.
